Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas offers rentals based on a first come first served basis. Owners will need to sign a Rental Agreement (annually) with the property management office. The Resort commission is 25% of the gross rent. A discounted rental rate is sometimes offered to other Sea Scape Owners; however, it is not available weeks 23 through 35. Nightly minimum is 2 and is also not available weeks 23 through 35. Discounted rates become available as follows: Weekly - 1 month prior to arrival and Daily - 1 week prior to arrival. An owner's golf subsidy is not transferable through the rental program. Rental rates are as follows:
